Mentoring Services Agreement

Program Customization: ANVIORA mentoring programs are customized for each learner based on their unique needs, goals, and learning style. The specific content, pace, and focus of mentoring will be determined collaboratively during the initial consultation and throughout the mentoring relationship.

Confidentiality: ANVIORA maintains strict confidentiality regarding all student information and mentoring sessions. Information shared with mentors remains confidential except as required by law or with parental/guardian consent.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies will be specified in your individual service agreement. Please discuss terms and conditions with ANVIORA before enrollment.

Results Not Guaranteed: While ANVIORA is committed to supporting each learner's growth, we cannot guarantee specific academic results or outcomes. Success depends on the learner's effort, engagement, and circumstances.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ANVIORA operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
